I got it in 4, thanks to way the letters fell, but what the hell does it mean?
"To impose an unwelcome or unnecessary person or thing on... "
Well I had no plans to foist or be foisted today!
I did have the pleasure of meeting a City of London Ward Council Member today, mainly to explain that we have had the entirely unwelcome and unecessary ineptitude of the Corporation of London foisted on us for almost 2 years and were hoping to not receive the same treatment this time so I'm putting that down as today's "foisting"
He seemed like a decent chap, explained that our hideous experience was effectively being used as a case study on "How Not to Deal with a Change of Use Planning Request" and promised he'd keep an eye out for our request for Barrel type poseur tables on the pavemnet... watch this space!
We also had our first beer form our neighbour pub The Dr Butler's Head and met a very pleasant supervisor there. It's good to have nice neighbours
