Not something high on anyone's list of stuff they want to spend time on

Chose a company, signed a contract, pay INSANE amounts for collections, bags, stickers

Frequently not picked up...

No big deal maybe?

Actually it is!

Incurs a fine (and a black mark from the Corporation)

Need to find somewhere to store it until it can be collected (not simple)

Health & Safety and Environmental hazard (especially in 30 degree summer)

Actually puts me IN BREACH OF MY LEASE

All exacerbated by:-

The out of office number being manned by a child who can't do anything until the office opens

When the office opens, it's frequently an hour to get through to someone with no authority

Never get a call back, so have to call back

Never get an accurate time for recollection

Not considered breach of their contract to not pick up unless they fail to pick up the failed pick up - For Real

Have genuinely cried, screamed, shouted, sent all sorts of nice / shouty / threatening emails; nothing but platitudes back

Finally was going to leave a Big, Shit company, for (probably) another one

Received an email from the CEO due to terrible service - WOW

With a name and contact of someone to speak to - DOUBLE WOW

She responded to me and we spoke - TRIPLE WOW

She was really understnading and promised action, change etc - QUADRUPLE WOW

She said a few days, I said take a week... that was two weeks ago
